Does it matter if the warm sleeper prefers the left or the right side of the bed (Twovet Couples Comforter)?

The Twovet™ was designed so that it can be rotated, flipped, turned, etc. The thin or thick side of the comforter can be on the left or the right depending on which side the warm or cool sleeper prefers. 

How much is shipping and handling?

We offer FREE shipping in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska). Orders to Canada will incur taxes and duties as well as a $40 shipping fee. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns to orders shipped to Canada.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 48 hours of order placement.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and should be received in roughly 5-7 business days. International orders are shipped via USPS Standard and usually arrive within 6-8 weeks. 

Is my purchase secure?

Our checkout process incorporates Secure Socket Layering (SSL) which provides encryption during checkout. The checkout platform that we use is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the most stringent certification available. We fully understand the importance of protecting your credit card information and personal information during checkout. 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Tax is collected on all orders shipped to Canada.

How will this charge appear on my credit card statement?

The purchase will appear as "THETWOVET.COM".
