Returns

Our goal is to make returns easy for you. To do so, we offer a unique return policy:

No Hassle, Free 365-Day Returns  

Return Process:

1. Send an email to help@thetwovet.com with the following details: name, order #, reason for returning.
2. Within roughly 48 hours, we will respond to your email with a pre-paid UPS shipping label.
3. Upon receiving this email, simply print and tape the UPS label to the box. Please ensure that all previously used shipping labels are removed from the box prior to dropping your pre-paid package off at a UPS store. 
4. Drop off the pre-paid package at your local UPS store.
5. Once we receive your return, we will honor a full refund. Refunds will be applied to the credit card that was used on the original purchase date. 

***This return policy only applies to purchases in the United States. We will not accept returns from outside of the United States.***
