Kourtney and Scott Hate Sleeping Together

As our lives become more hectic, couples find themselves sleeping in separate beds. Other reasons relate to different sleep schedules, snoring, tossing and turning, sleepwalking, etc.

Because of these reasons, may couples (even celebrities) choose to sleep in separate beds? The New York Times reported that roughly one in four couples sleep apart. If sleeping in different beds or different bedrooms allows couples significantly better sleeps, why not?

Some couples are addicted to this setup and suggest that it leads to a better sex life. That seems like a challenging task if you are sleeping in different beds... This theme seems to be catching on as celebrity couples openly discuss sleep arrangements.

Below are a few celebrity couples that are embracing alternative sleeping arrangements:

Queen Elizabth II and Prince Phillip - According to UK's Daily Mail, these two sleep separately.

Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise - Even in some cases, sleeping in separate beds or "snoritoriums" does not protect marriages...

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick - According to Scott's twitter feed, "Just want to clear up the reason why we don't sleep in bed together. I'm not a good sleeper and with Mason in bed I can't fall asleep!"
